If we have a property you are interested in, please give us a call to set up a showing with our owner, Kristin. If you do not see one that you are interested in, please check back with us. We manage many properties in Arvada, Lakewood, Wheat Ridge, Golden, west Westminster and northwest Denver. We manage single family, duplexes and multi-family properties.
application process
To submit an application online please click here. There is a $40 application fee. Each application is run through a rental history, employment history and criminal background check. This process takes 1-2 business days after we receive the application. Once your application has been approved we will contact you to set up an appointment to sign the lease.
paying rent
When paying rent we offer three easy options for payment. You are welcome to drop payment off at our office during business hours, mail payment to our office or log in through the Tenant Portal for online payments. This is a great option if the first of the month falls on a weekend or holiday.
maintenance and emergencies
If there is an emergency we are here to help you 24/7. An emergency is described as leaking or flooding of water or sewage, fire, a nonfunctional furnace, or other issues that need immediate attention. If you have a maintenance issue, we are happy to help you during business hours. We have relationships with many licensed and insured vendors who quickly respond to our work requests.
